Shipping Policy
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and offer simple, flat-rate shipping options so you know exactly what to expect at checkout.
Shipping Options & Rates
We offer the following delivery services:
Regular Tracked Post – $15 flat rate
Express Post – $20 flat rate
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and apply per order unless otherwise stated.
Order Handling Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
If there are any unexpected delays with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to keep you informed.
During peak periods (sales events, holidays, etc.), dispatch times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes are provided by Australia Post and are estimates only.
Regular Tracked Post
Metro areas: 2–6 business days
Regional areas: 3–10 business days
Express Post
Metro areas: 1–3 business days
Regional/remote areas: 2–5+ business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather events, or Australia Post network delays.
Tracking Your Order
All orders are sent with tracking. You can monitor your parcel’s progress using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Candles & Warm Weather
Our candles are made using natural wax blends that can soften or melt in high temperatures during transit, particularly during Australian summer months.
While we take care in packaging, we are not responsible for minor cosmetic changes caused by heat, including surface frosting or sweating, slight changes in texture, and minor shrinkage or separation from the glass.
These changes are normal and do not affect the performance of the candle. In most cases, candles can be restored by allowing them to cool and re-set at room temperature.
During warmer weather, we recommend selecting Express Post where possible to reduce time in transit.
Natural Wax Characteristics
Our candles are made with natural, plant-based waxes. Variations in colour, frosting, or surface texture are a natural feature of these waxes and are not considered faults.
Heat-Sensitive Products
Some of our products, including lip balms, soaps, and other natural formulations, may soften, sweat, or change texture when exposed to high temperatures during transit.
These changes are cosmetic only and do not affect product performance. We are not responsible for minor heat-related changes that occur after dispatch.
During warmer months, we recommend selecting Express Post where possible and ensuring someone is available to receive your parcel.
Packaging and Protection
All products are carefully wrapped and cushioned to help protect them during transit. However, as candles, glass containers, and fragile items are delicate, minor scuffs to jars, tins, bottles, or labels may occasionally occur during shipping.
Damaged Candle Containers
If a candle jar or container arrives broken, cracked, or significantly damaged, please take clear photos of the product and outer packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Leaks or Minor Spillage
While we take care to secure lids and package liquid products safely, minor leakage may occasionally occur during transit due to air pressure or temperature changes.
If a product arrives significantly leaked or unusable, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
Reed Diffusers
Reed diffusers contain fragrance oils that may cause damage if spilled. Please handle with care when opening and placing your diffuser. We are not responsible for damage caused by spilled diffuser oil after delivery.
Lip Balms
Lip balms may soften or melt in warm conditions during transit. If this occurs, place the product upright in a cool area or refrigerator until it firms again. Texture changes caused by heat are not considered faults.
Handmade Soaps
Handmade soaps may develop moisture on the surface in humid or warm conditions. This is a natural reaction and does not affect the quality or usability of the soap.
Authority to Leave
Australia Post may leave your parcel in a safe place if no one is available to receive it.
During hot weather, we strongly recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your parcel to avoid products being left in direct sun or heat for extended periods.
We are not responsible for parcels once they have been marked as delivered by Australia Post.
PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers
We can ship to PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, first check your tracking link for the latest updates, then contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number, and reach out to us if you need further assistance.
We will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post where appropriate. Please note investigations can take several business days.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, excluding minor cosmetic packaging scuffs, please take clear photos of the packaging and items and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will work with you and Australia Post to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Oversized or Heavy Items
Some large, bulky, or heavy items may not qualify for flat-rate shipping. In these cases, we will contact you with a custom freight quote before dispatch.
