Delivery Service Terms and Conditions

Please read carefully:

Your order will be sent by Sendle Courier service, ensuring that your order can be traced.

Once you have placed your order we will send you an email with your delivery  order number to show you that your parcel is ready to be collected by Sendle courier to be delivered to you.

Your order will be tracked all the way from pick up to delivery 

    • If the driver attempted delivery but no one was home, or it wasn't safe to leave the parcel unattended, a card will be left at the receiver's premises with information about re delivery.  
    • It is your responsibility to advise byClementina if your order delivery is late, incorrect or damaged. Please let us know immediately via email info@byclementina.com.au. 
  • byClementina does not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
  • byClementina will not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery
